Sujagrati Cultural & Rural Development Soceity was established in Jan. 1999 promoted by team of technocrat. Organization is working with socially and economically oppressed primitive tribal community, Kolam. The operational area of organization falls in Distt. Morena Block of Pahadgarh, Morena district of Madhyapradesh. These blocks are in the fifth schedule area fomred as per provisions of the Indian Constitution. Empowering community based organization and work with them for sustainable development especially by managing local resources are major cencerns of the organizations.

Message From Secretary
Zakir Hussain
My name is Zakir Hussain and I have been working towards the preservation of Guggal Plant since 1995. For my remarkable efforts in Guggal Conservation, I have earned the name 'Guggal Man of India' and have been successfully running the Guggal Conservation project for 22 years. Additionally, I am devoted to environmental protection and helping plants on the brink of extinction. As Guggal Man of India, I have conducted many seminars to promote the advantages of the Guggal Plant, helping various organisations with large scale plantations as well as promoting the use of Guggal Plants and Products to generate livelihood. Through my endeavours, I have been felicitated by both Government and Non Government Agencies on a State and Center Level.
